Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@kathirichclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@kathirichclothing.com with a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
