How to Place an Order

  1. Browse our store and find the item you love.
  2. Select your preferred size and color.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. When ready, click the cart icon and select Checkout.
  5. Enter your shipping address and payment details.
  6. Click Place Order — and you're done!

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from us.
  2. Find your tracking number in the email.
  3. Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.
  4. View real-time updates on your delivery status.

How to Return an Item

  1. Make sure your item is within the 30-day return window.
  2. Email us at support@kathirichclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
  5. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

How to Use a Discount Code

  1. Add your desired items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your discount code in the Discount Code field.
  4. Click Apply — your discount will be reflected in the order total.

How to Update Your Account Information

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Click on your name or profile icon at the top right.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Update your name, email, address, or password as needed.
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.
